How I coach

Spiritual Awakening

Holistic.

My goal is to provide guidance and hold space, reconnecting you with your core self so that you express your true essence. Thus, you embark on a path of self-actualisation that ultimately leads to self-realisation. Along this journey, you will uncover inner peace, true self-acceptance and reconnection with your body.

The foundation of my approach and philosophy is the principle of synthesis. Synthesis is the foundation for wholeness. And wholeness - the harmonious integration of all that we are - is what we all seek. I therefore blend mindfulness practices, psychospiritual tools and somatic techniques for holistic self-exploration and lasting transformation.

I draw from Jungian psychology and Psychosynthesis as frameworks to guide the self-actualisation or individuation process. Mindfulness practices help bring the head knowledge into the body and lived experience. The transformation then happens from the inside out. This is the secret.

Understanding that each individual is unique, we co-create a transformation plan that aligns with your needs and meets you where you are.

Spiritual Growth

Playful.

I encourage childlike curiosity as we explore and reimagine ourselves into being. It breaks down the resistance of our conditioning and creates space for the new to emerge.

I believe that we are at our most creative when we are playful. So I hold the potential heaviness and challenge of the journey with lightness.

Humour and joy may sometimes feel alien when we feel lost or despondent. But we hold them as inspiration.

Self-Actualization Coach

Companion.

I offer myself as a guide and companion along the road, helping you develop your own practice of reflection and contemplation.

I believe in practical results so I share successful strategies and tools that have been tried and tested through my own personal experience.

So I walk alongside as you reach milestones, holding space while you transform.
